Elite athlete training. Measured first.

Most training starts with a program. We start with your movement — what's strong, what's compensating, and what's likely to get hurt. The plan comes after that. Ages 4 through adult.

Three steps, in this order

Everyone starts with an assessment. We do not sell a package before we have watched an athlete move, because the package would be a guess.

01

Book your assessment.

You will sign the waiver before your first session — there is nothing to print or bring.

02

Come in and get assessed.

We watch you move, then write the plan from what we find. You leave knowing what your athlete needs and how often.

03

Choose your package.

Now the prices mean something, because you know which program and how many sessions a week.

The assessment

Programming for an athlete nobody has watched move is guesswork. The assessment replaces the guess with a baseline: where strength is, where it's missing, which side is covering for the other, and what happens to mechanics once fatigue sets in.

You leave with numbers. We retest against them later, so progress is something you can see rather than something you're told.

What we look at
  • Movement mechanics, screened against the demands of your sport
  • Left-right asymmetries and weak links
  • Balance and joint stability under load
  • Baseline numbers we can retest against later

The plan

The plan targets what the assessment found. Usually that means fixing a movement pattern before we load it, then building strength and speed on the corrected pattern instead of on top of the fault.

It also accounts for your calendar. In-season volume isn't off-season volume, and an athlete coming back from injury doesn't train like one who isn't.

The sessions

Sessions run 60 or 90 minutes, one-on-one or in a small group. A coach is with you through every set, correcting form as you go.

Equipment on site includes VertiMax, BlazePod, the Tidal Tank, and the SandDune Stepper.

Who coaches you

Will Bullard and Steve Miksis. Both played Division I — Will basketball, Steve volleyball.

What we offer

Five ways in. Start wherever your answer is, or book an assessment and we will point you at the right one.

“My kid plays a sport”

Sport-specific development

Position work, mechanics, and the physical demands of the game they actually play.

“They need to get faster and stronger”

Athletic training

Speed, reaction time, stability and power, built on the equipment on our floor.

“I want one-on-one attention”

Personal training

A coach on you for the whole session, or a small group that still gets watched.

“Something hurts, or did”

Corrective and recovery

Movement faults addressed before load goes on them, and a recovery lounge for after.

“I want to train, not my kid”

Adult training

The same assessment, the same coaching, the same floor. Strength and conditioning, mobility and core, cardio and agility, and a beginner track if it has been a while. Adult classes run 60 or 90 minutes, from $30 for a single session.

Household pricing covers up to four participants, so a parent can train while their athlete does.

Not sure which one? Book an assessment and we will tell you. Ages 4 through adult, single sessions from $20, and packs of 4, 8 or 12 sessions.

Start here

Start with an assessment — for yourself or for your athlete. Book it online or call 707-753-3583, and we'll take it from there.

Every participant needs a signed liability waiver on file before the first session. Athletes under 18 need a parent or guardian signature.
